100ml Acrylic Double-Layer Mist Spray Bottle
For hydrating & setting sprays. A double-layer mist spray bottle built for
premium skincare and make-up setting lines. The formula is held in a PP inner
chamber, while a thick, crystal-clear acrylic (PMMA) outer shell carries
the brand — the result is a heavy, glass-like hand feel without the weight or breakage risk of
real glass.
Why the two layers matter
Acrylic looks like glass but has poor chemical resistance: brought into direct
contact with alcohol, essential oils or active ingredients, it can craze, whiten or turn
brittle. That is exactly why premium acrylic containers are built as two layers — the acrylic
outer shell provides the appearance, while a chemically stable PP liner does the actual
holding. On this bottle the two layers are separate parts, so the contents only ever
touch the PP liner.
